Security Guard Supervisor

Location: Panzer Trophy Site, Kaiserslautern, Germany

Job Title: Security Guard Supervisor 

Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

• Oversee and manage all security operations, including static access control, perimeter monitoring, and response to emergencies, ensuring compliance with U.S. military and host nation regulations.
• Supervise security personnel, conducting regular inspections and ensuring team readiness to perform their assigned duties.
•  addressing any operational issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop and enforce key control procedures and ensure secure handling of all access-related equipment and documentation.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for all security team members to maintain proficiency in security protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship with an active DOD Secret Security Clearance.
• A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in security services, law enforcement, military, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. military and host nation security regulations.
• Proficiency in English with clear communication skills to effectively manage operations and emergency response.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with security supervision, including patrolling and rapid response to incidents.
