Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
- At least two years as a Director of Religious Education (DRE) or Religious Education Coordinator (REC) in military chapels or churches.
- Active, practicing Protestant Christian with a pastoral reference.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Develop and manage a yearly RE event calendar, organize teacher training sessions, and coordinate major religious retreats and camps.
- Handle publicity materials, track and order supplies, update RE files, manage budgets, and oversee attendance records.
- Ensure adherence to Air Force directives and local operating instructions relevant to religious education.
- Conduct criminal background checks for all volunteers and teachers before they interact with children.
