Requirements:

The Electrical Safety Trainer shall:

• Ability to work with system administrators, supervisors, safety techs, clinical staff, and clinical educator’s personnel to develop a training schedule that will allow all needed individuals to receive necessary training.
• Provide training to electricians and other workers whose job responsibilities may expose them to electrical hazard
• Provide pre-training and post-training assessments and/or evaluations to small groups of personnel

• Be certified to connect and maintain medical air systems.
• Be familiar with safety controls, operations and procedures, identification of electrical hazards, emergency responses.
• Be familiar with Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) standard requirement.
