Responsibilities:
Manage all Protestant Religious Community administration to include registrations for services and keeping current registrations updated.
Coordinate with the heads of various parish ministries/groups for information pertaining to each ministry/organization group program.
Coordinate with the heads of various parish ministries/groups for information pertaining to each ministry/organization group program.
Maintain and schedule all religious community events on the master electronic calendar and other ministry/organization-specific electronic calendars.
Coordinate with the Lead Protestant Chaplain to schedule and populate the Protestant Community calendar with programs and activities.
Coordinate with each of the congregation’s Program Director to identify program needs for specific registrations and associated forms, volunteer information, and curriculum materials.
Coordinate Designated Offerings with the Fund Office and the Lead Protestant Chaplain.
Coordinate annual appreciation event for Protestant Community volunteers.
Education & Qualifications :
Must possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Christian Education.
Demonstrate a minimum of four years experience of teaching in a church or chapel context.
Have excellent organization and planning skills, and possess proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, and Sharepoint.
Experience working in a military environment is preferred.
