The Protestant Youth Ministry Coordinator shall:
- Coordinate Protestant youth programs for 6th to 12th graders, including volunteer management.
- Assist in planning and executing youth events in accordance with guidelines.
- Produce and distribute weekly bulletins and annual program calendars.
- Maintain records and manage supply inventory.
- Attend meetings and maintain facility cleanliness.
- Plan and lead youth activities during Sunday services.
- Experience in coordinating youth programs, demonstrating competency in volunteer management and event planning.
- Possess organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteers effectively.
- Familiarity with Protestant youth program guidelines and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in producing materials and managing inventory, with a commitment to professional appearance and facility cleanliness.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and lead youth activities during services.
