Job Summary:
Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) Specialist to support surgical operations at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) and associated facilities within a 40-mile radius. The specialist will deliver high-quality neuromonitoring services, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care during operative procedures. This role requires adherence to Joint Commission standards and the American Hospital Association’s Patient Bill of Rights.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time neurophysiological monitoring during surgeries, supporting the Department of Surgery.
Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to interpret and respond to neuromonitoring data.
Maintain professionalism and composure under stressful, fast-paced surgical conditions.
Ensure compliance with BAMC policies, including reporting during emergencies or administrative closures.
Uphold patient dignity and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
CNIM certification (ABRET) or equivalent ABNM certification.
Minimum of 12 weeks of formal training in intraoperative neuromonitoring.
Current certifications must be maintained and submitted.
Strong communication, courtesy, and tact under pressure are essential.
