Duties:
- The work will be performed onsite at the 9th MSC, DPW facility, located at 1555 Suehiro Way on Fort Shafter Flats, Hawaii
- These responsibilities encompass:
- Strategic Maintenance Planning.
- Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions.
- Facilitation of Master Planning Meetings and Briefings.
- Compilation of Stationing Packages and Request for Orders.
- Effective Space Management.
- Coordination and Support of Various Projects.
- Provision of Technical Expertise in the Field of Military Construction.
- Evaluation and Scrutiny of Construction Plans, Engineering Specifications, and Purchase Requests for Functional Adequacy.
- Consistent Submission of Comprehensive Monthly Reports.
- Able to work independently and as a team member.
- Five years (5) of U.S. Army Master Planning Experience OR three (3) years of U.S. Army Master Planning Experience.
- Four-year degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Geography, or related discipline from an accredited university.
- At least one (1) year of experience with each of the following U.S. Army/Department of Defense:
- Computer Systems programming Administration & Execution System (PAX)
- Army Stationing & Installation Plan (ASIP)
- Real Property Planning and Analysis System
