Job Title: Building Automation Systems (BAS) Technician

Summary:

Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the Building Automation System controlling HVAC, environmental monitoring, alarms, and facility controls.

Requirements:

• Experience with BAS/DDC control systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot controllers and sensors.
• Experience reading control diagrams.
• Strong computer skills.

Duties:

• Monitor BAS performance.
• Troubleshoot control system issues.
• Program and modify control sequences.
• Calibrate sensors and controllers.
• Maintain control documentation.
• Coordinate system repairs.
