Minimum 1 year of experience assisting military service members and their families with community service information and referrals.
Proficient in English, equivalent to Level 3 language proficiency.
Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Outlook.
Demonstrated customer service experience, with a focus on professionalism, courtesy, and the ability to handle a variety of client needs in a busy environment.
Duties:
Provide information and referrals to ACS staff and community services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community and local resources.
Serve as a subject matter expert on ACS and DFMWR programs.
Handle record-keeping, filing, and administrative support.
