Duties :

• The applicant shall provide specialized Cardiology Testing services.
• The applicant shall perform Cardiac Stress Testing Services, including exercise, accordance with (IAW) the American College of Cardiology guidelines. 
• The applicant shall evaluate test data/imaging and provide a detailed evaluation report.

Education/ Experience :

• The applicant shall be licensed cardiologist in the state of Utah and be either Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology.
