Job Title: Catholic Youth Coordinator (CYC)
Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany
Work Schedule:12 hrs/week (5 office hrs, 7 flex hrs)
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years Catholic youth ministry experience
  • 1+ year with Life Teen or similar program
  • Strong knowledge of Catholic faith and youth formation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and admin tasks
  • Experience with volunteers, events, and budgets

Qualifications:

  • Lead Life Teen program for grades 9–12
  • Plan 2+ retreats annually with Chaplain
  • Submit yearly calendar, budget, and reports
  • Recruit/train volunteers; ensure background checks
  • Coordinate facilities, materials, and advertising
