Duties:

• The applicant shall perform necessary maintenance service and repairs to ensure that optimum performance and efficiency of the system is maintained.
• The applicant shall provide 24/7 telephone help desk and remote system access
• The applicant shall provide Annual audit of the infant/child security system and installation of current version of server and applicable application software at the time of audit.
• The applicant shall provide semi-annual system operation/functionality testing and installation of current version of server and applicable application software at the time of system test.
