Job Title: Food Services Coordinator Location: U. S. Coast Guard Sector San Diego, San Diego, CA Type of Job: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays Duties:
Manage and oversee food services operations at the USCG Guard Dining Facility (CGDF)
Purchase food supplies and manage inventory
Prepare and cook meals according to menu requirements
Ensure proper stocking, serving, and replenishment of food line
Clean and maintain dining facilities, equipment, and utensils.
Perform cashier duties during mealtimes.
Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service management preferred.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays as required.
