Requirements: The candidate shall have at minimum:
A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
At least one (1) year of experience in program coordination, digital education solutions, or similar liaison roles
Demonstrated experience working with K-12 educational programs or curriculum development
Familiarity with digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS systems such as Schoology or similar environments)
Experience supporting or delivering professional learning (webinars, training modules, or instructional sessions)
Knowledge of data-driven instructional practices and formative assessment tools
Basic technical proficiency in troubleshooting digital tools and supporting end users
U.S. Citizenship (required for access to DoDEA systems and data)
Completion of DoD Privacy Act / PII training prior to accessing sensitive data and annually thereafter
Duties: The candidate must:
Serve as the primary liaison (or alternate) responsible for daily contract operations and communication with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
Coordinate and support the delivery of 100% digital K-12 physical education teacher resources, including instructional materials, assessments, and tools
Ensure all digital resources align with national standards and support differentiated instruction and student performance tracking
Assist in the development and delivery of professional learning, including synchronous webinars and asynchronous digital modules
Coordinate scheduling, presentation, and posting of training sessions within DoDEA’s Learning Management System (LMS)
Provide technical support to users via phone or email, responding within required timelines and resolving issues efficiently
Ensure all digital content integrates with DoDEA systems (e.g., LMS and single sign-on platforms such as ClassLink)
Monitor system performance and ensure continuous availability of resources in accordance with contract standards
Maintain compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy requirements, including handling of PII
Attend required virtual meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and submit documentation within specified timelines
Support onboarding, system integration, and coordination with IT stakeholders post-award
Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and meet required quality standards
Maintain updated content and ensure instructional materials remain current throughout the contract period
Identify and resolve performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed
