- Position Type: Full-time, First Shift (6:30 AM through 3:00 PM)
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic typing skills, PC computer skills, working knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluent in English (read, understand, speak, and write).
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds when required; push or pull up to 150 pounds on a rolling cart or using a pallet jack.
- Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of various stock items to verify content.
- Select appropriate containers and insert enclosures.
- Use materials to prevent breakage or damage.
- Close and seal containers, apply labels, or enter identifying data.
- Operate various packaging equipment.
- Read computer screens and use scanning equipment.
- Respond to alarms and alerts.
- Act as a "runner" to deliver messages, documents, or items to various locations at the facility when needed.
