Art Conservator

Job Title: Art Conservator 

Place of Performance: Denver, Colorado

Duties: 

• The objects are to be safely moved to the designated preservation site and protective covers are to be removed where applicable. 

• Objects shall be free from dust, dirt, grime, detritus, and any other foreign object(s). 

• Damages should be repaired and/or minimized.  

• Stabilize the structure of the models. 

• Objects are to be protected from exposure to damaging elements and unauthorized access. 

Requirement:   

• Master’s degree in conservation. 

• Previous experience in similar position (No less than 3 years). 

• Knowledge of art restoration and preservation techniques. 

• Ability to develop and maintain processes for handling artwork
