Janitorial Services Technician

Schedule:

Part-time, Monday through Friday. Services are generally performed outside Government operating hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Summary:

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified janitorial services provider for the BLM Caliente Field Office and co-located Fire Station in Caliente, Nevada.

Requirements:

• Commercial or janitorial cleaning experience.

• Ability to provide labor, supervision, equipment, and cleaning supplies.

• Use environmentally preferable cleaning products and provide SDS documentation.

• Personnel must meet Federal background/security requirements.

• Ability to follow required schedules and quality standards.

Duties:

• Clean offices, common areas, floors, carpets, and entry areas.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and shower areas.

• Empty trash and replace liners.

• Clean windows and glass surfaces.

• Perform periodic high dusting and cleaning of vents and light fixtures.
