Qualification:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in a specialized topic related to health and social services recovery.
- Proven expertise in program planning, assessment, and evaluation.
- Strong practical experience and theoretical knowledge in the relevant specialty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to produce technical reports and targeted support based on discipline.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in specialized topics supporting health and social services recovery.
- Apply practical experience and theoretical knowledge to develop solutions.
- Ensure project activities and objectives are accomplished.
- Provide targeted support and conduct program planning, assessment, and evaluation.
- Produce technical reports and documentation.
- Lead or assist in client and team meetings.
