Position Title : Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
Location : Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility
Position Type : Full-Time Contract (2080 hours per year)
Job Tasks:
Check patients’ health and perform physical exams.
Ask patients about their symptoms and medical history.
Diagnose illnesses and health conditions.
Prescribe medications and treatments.
Order and review lab tests and medical reports.
Treat common medical conditions.
Help patients manage chronic illnesses.
Provide health education and advice to patients.
Record patient information in medical records.
Work with healthcare staff to provide patient care.
Follow all medical guidelines, safety procedures, and privacy rules.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Certification:
National certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
Licensure:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Active APRN license
Other Requirements:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
DEA registration if required for prescribing medication
