Job Title: Site Security Manager Location: Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii
Duties:
Participate in meetings, reviews, and design sessions, providing input to ensure project security from start to finish, without speaking on behalf of the Government.
Interpret customer requirements during design meetings and communicate them to the design execution agent.
Conduct design reviews of project plans from a security perspective, ensuring they meet Security Control of Information Facilities and Special Access Program Facilities accreditation requirements.
Develop and apply new techniques to implement innovative Security Control of Information Facilities construction security strategies using knowledge of Department of Defense policies and procedures.
Assist in developing the concept approval memo and construction security plan.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in a security or intelligence field
Valid certificate for successful completion of a Forty (40) Hour or greater CST Training Course
Valid certificate for successful completion of a Thirty-Two (32) Hour or greater Site Security Manager (SSM) Training Course.
At least 5 years of direct experience working on ICD-705 construction projects or as a Physical Security Special Security Officer (SSO).
At least 8 years of security experience, specifically related to SCIF construction, Intelligence Operations, Counter-Intelligence Operations, Counter-Surveillance Operations, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, Physical Security, or a combination of these fields.
Active/Adjudicated Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
