The applicant is responsible for the provision of covered services to enrolled and unassigned patients presenting for care.
The applicant will be ensuring the patient’s care plan contains medical recommendations for clinically indicated care.
The applicant is responsible for reviewing available performance data with the team, and focusing on continuous improvement of critical team processes.
The applicant is responsible ensuring the patient has same-day access for face-to-face, telehealth, and telephone care visits during regular clinic hours
Education/ Experience :
The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree from a PA training program which is certified by the CAHEA, Or Graduation from a PA training program of at least twelve (12) months duration
The applicant shall have current, full, active, and unrestricted license and registration in the state
The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in a health care occupation or health related
The applicant must have an authorization for prescriptive authority is required.
