Location : Natchez, MS

Duties:

• The applicant is responsible for the provision of covered services to enrolled and unassigned patients presenting for care.
• The applicant will be ensuring the patient’s care plan contains medical recommendations for clinically indicated care.
• The applicant is responsible for reviewing available performance data with the team, and focusing on continuous improvement of critical team processes.
• The applicant is responsible ensuring the patient has same-day access for face-to-face, telehealth, and telephone care visits during regular clinic hours

Education/ Experience :

• The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree from a PA training program which is certified by the CAHEA, Or Graduation from a PA training program of at least twelve (12) months duration
• The applicant shall have current, full, active, and unrestricted license and registration in the state
• The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in a health care occupation or health related
• The applicant must have an authorization for prescriptive authority is required.
