The public speaking trainer shall:
- Provide instruction on understanding conversation structure processes to develop powerful messages.
- Train students to manage impromptu or spontaneous conversations in a composed manner.
- Teach students to identify the purpose or "why" behind the message being conveyed.
- Instruct on performing natural transitions and powerful closings for messages.
- Guide students in managing question-and-answer sessions effectively.
- Teach storytelling techniques to build a complete story or picture.
- Provide insights into dissecting PowerPoint presentations and incorporating best practices.
- Proven experience as a public speaking trainer or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of effective public speaking techniques and principles.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback in a supportive, motivating way.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, Education, or a related field is preferred.
