Position Summary
Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Confidential Executive Assistant to provide administrative, clerical, and data-entry support to senior leadership within the 55th Wing Office of the Staff Judge Advocate at Offutt Air Force Base.
The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, correspondence, records, meetings, deadlines, inquiries, and other administrative activities supporting daily office operations. The position requires exceptional organization, accuracy, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
The selected candidate will work closely with 55 WG/JA leadership and serve as a primary point of contact between leadership, installation personnel, external agencies, and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, conferences, and scheduling requirements.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, suspenses, and other matters requiring timely completion.
- Prepare, edit, format, and maintain emails, correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and briefing materials.
- Perform general data-entry, clerical, and administrative support functions.
- Answer and route telephone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between leadership and external agencies.
- Attend meetings and conferences and complete follow-up actions as directed.
- Scan, upload, organize, and maintain electronic records and files.
- Handle sensitive personnel, strategic, and administrative information with absolute confidentiality.
- Apply administrative information-management practices, office procedures, and military protocol.
- Maintain professional working relationships with installation and community organizations.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other Government systems to support office operations.
- Complete required installation orientation, security, privacy, information-assurance, and annual training.
- Safeguard Government records, equipment, credentials, keys, and other issued property.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in any field.
- At least one year of clerical or data-entry experience in an office environment.
- At least one year of experience working in a military environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong administrative, organizational, records-management, and deadline-tracking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer-service skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, calendars, deadlines, and administrative priorities.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with leadership and office personnel.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive, strategic, and personnel information.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Must successfully complete required criminal, financial, fingerprint, suitability, and security background-screening requirements.
- Must be eligible to receive a Common Access Card and access Air Force information systems.
- Must maintain a professional, conservative, and neat appearance in accordance with workplace requirements.
