Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government and oversee all EFMP Respite Care Program operations.
Manage contract performance, staffing, compliance, quality control, and reporting requirements.
Supervise Regional Coordinators, providers, and administrative personnel.
Ensure all personnel meet required qualifications, certifications, and background screening requirements.
Coordinate quarterly performance meetings and contract reviews.
Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, regulations, and Army policies.
Qualifications :
Master’s Degree in a healthcare-related field and at least 5 years of progressive management experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 10 years of progressive management experience.
Minimum 5 years supporting military families or similar populations.
Demonstrated experience with case management and special needs programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage nationwide operations and multiple service locations.
