Job Summary: The Certified Aerobics Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality aerobics classes at FLETC. These classes will target major and minor muscle groups and include a variety of exercise formats such as Spin, Zumba, Pilates, Body Sculpt, and Yoga.

Key Responsibilities:
- Class Delivery: Conduct a range of aerobics classes addressing the physical needs of participants, focusing on major and minor muscle groups.
- Setup and Preparation: Arrive at least 10 minutes before class to prepare the space, equipment, and materials, ensuring everything is ready for participants.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and submit participant logs for each class, detailing attendance, class type, and other relevant information.
- Customer Engagement: Collect and submit customer feedback surveys to ensure continuous improvement and participant satisfaction.
- Coordination: Communicate with the On-Site Class Coordinator to ensure smooth class operations and scheduling.
- Certification: Current and relevant certifications in aerobics instruction are mandatory.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in conducting aerobics classes in a variety of formats.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to manage class dynamics, and ensure participant safety.
