- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for seven people, adhering to a predetermined menu.
- Ensure meals for weekends and holidays are prepared in advance for reheating.
- Clean kitchen and dining areas after meal preparation and service.
- Collaboratively design a 10-day rotating menu, incorporating dietary standards and preferences.
- Adjust the menu as needed based on feedback, availability of ingredients, and operational considerations.
- Maintain strict food hygiene and safety practices, including thorough cleaning and sanitization of cooking and dining areas.
- Participate in selecting and purchasing food supplies.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in food service management with demonstrated expertise in high-quality food preparation and service.
- Hold a culinary arts certification.
- Have proficiency in English to communicate and understand job duties effectively.
