Location: USAG Wiesbaden, Germany
Prepare and publish monthly Catholic Community calendars and weekly bulletins
Maintain Catholic Community registration and attendance records
Coordinate logistics, facility requests, and publicity for Masses, holy days, and events
Support Religious Education programs, including materials preparation and attendance tracking
Prepare and manage sacramental records in the AMS portal
Assist with quarterly AMS clergy reports and required program reporting
Attend required parish and coordination meetings
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (paid or volunteer) in Catholic education or parish support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Ability to obtain AMS Catechist Certification within 180 days
