Provide customer service, including offering directions, wheelchair assistance, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Monitor and manage parking areas to maximize space and facilitate smooth traffic flow.
Handle vehicle claim tickets, ensuring cars are returned promptly within 10 minutes of the request.
Secure all valet-parked vehicles and maintain orderly storage of keys.
Requirements:
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients, many of whom may have mobility challenges.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks in all weather conditions.
