Duties:
- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily for Marine Security Guards.
- Plan weekly and monthly meals with the Mess Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO).
- Keep the kitchen, dishes, and dining areas clean after each meal.
- Ensure meals meet dietary and cultural needs.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a 30-day menu cycle.
- Manage food inventory and coordinate grocery shopping.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing food services.
- Ability to create diverse and nutritious menus.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Physically capable and communicable disease-free.
- Ability to work well with others and manage time effectively.
- Must have necessary licenses and permits for food service operations.
