Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in expressive and receptive skills.
- Proficient in oral spoken English to signed English and various sign language modes.
- Ability to interpret accurately in diverse settings.
- High language proficiency in both English and sign language.
The Sign Language Interpreter shall:
- Interpret oral spoken English into signed English and American Sign Language (ASL).
- Interpret Pidgin sign English (PSE) into oral English.
- Interpret Tactile (deaf and blind) into oral English.
- Interpret oral English with sign or ASL (in reverse) back into oral English.
