Position Overview
Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist / Injury Manager to provide physical therapy, injury evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and injury-prevention support to military personnel at Moffett Air National Guard Base.

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist / Injury Manager to provide physical therapy, injury evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and injury-prevention support to military personnel at Moffett Air National Guard Base.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Full-Time – 40 hours per week
- Evaluate and treat injuries
- Develop rehabilitation and recovery plans
- Provide physical therapy and injury-management services
- Maintain patient records in a HIPAA-compliant system
- Track injury trends and provide reports
- Support injury prevention and physical performance programs
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current California Physical Therapist License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience handling HIPAA-protected medical information
- At least 3 years of relevant experience working with one or more of the following:
- Military Special Operations or operational units
- NCAA athletes
- Olympic-level athletes
- Professional sports teams
