Establish, coordinate, and administer Protestant parish ministry programs including religious education, youth organizations, men’s and women’s studies, prayer programs, and social programs.
Recruit, schedule, and manage volunteers; conduct training and background checks; ensure proper volunteer documentation.
Manage and support various sacramental events, services, and educational sessions; plan and execute Vacation Bible School and other community outreach activities.
Maintain and manage religious education materials, coordinate facility usage, and handle logistics for events and programs.
Prepare and manage correspondence, budget requests, weekly bulletins, program notifications, and sacramental services documentation. Maintain and update program information boards and manage social media for program publicity.
Adhere to all operational guidelines and safety standards, ensure a professional work environment, and conduct within a pluralistic and inclusive community.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year experience in Protestant religious education coordination or equivalent; degree or certification in religious education preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in English required, bilingual abilities in English and Spanish preferred.
Able to work independently in a professionally diverse environment.
Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
