Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Crownpoint , NM

Worksite: On-site

Position: Part-time - 1 day per week with remote work

Duties:

• Provide physical therapy services to 5 special education students.
• Evaluate and interpret evaluation results for the IEP committee.
• Design and implement appropriate PT interventions to meet the individual needs of students.
• Provide teacher consultation.
• Maintain daily performance data and assist with goal writing.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain an active roster of students.
• Submit case logs and progress reports promptly.
• Document service log completion at the end of each session.

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Experience in providing physical therapy services to special education students.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and participate in IEP meetings.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, educators, administrators, and parents.
• Provide own personal equipment (laptop, kajeet, supplies/materials).
