Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

Duties : 

• Serve as the onsite manager.
• Supervise, train, and maintain employees and contract records to ensure compliance.
• Be available onsite, Monday through Friday.
• Attend meetings as required.

 Qualifications : 

• Shall be able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, in English.
• The ability to adapt standards for environmental sanitation to the needs and requirements of a hospital.

 Education/Experience: 

• Three years of prior experience in hospital housekeeping management within the last five years.
• Have participated in, and successfully satisfied the requirements of a TJC survey during that three-year period, or an NHS Patient Safety Agency Patient Environment Action Team (PEAT) survey rating of at least “Good.
