Supervise, train, and maintain employees and contract records to ensure compliance.
Be available onsite, Monday through Friday.
Attend meetings as required.
Qualifications :
Shall be able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, in English.
The ability to adapt standards for environmental sanitation to the needs and requirements of a hospital.
Education/Experience:
Three years of prior experience in hospital housekeeping management within the last five years.
Have participated in, and successfully satisfied the requirements of a TJC survey during that three-year period, or an NHS Patient Safety Agency Patient Environment Action Team (PEAT) survey rating of at least “Good.
