The candidate will receive telephone calls, greet visitors, determine the nature of the call or visit, and direct clients to the appropriate personnel.
Candidate will schedule training or testing in the appropriate classrooms.
The candidate will check the Mailbox daily and respond to or route the e-mail to the appropriate staff members.
The candidate shall be responsible for performing various clerical, administrative duties and able to perform a variety of Customer Service functions.
Qualifications:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Access).
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Self-starter who can independently accomplish tasks; is proactive, flexible and takes initiative.
