- Oversee and coordinate all grounds maintenance activities.
- Supervise a team of grounds maintenance technicians ensuring compliance with performance standards.
- Ensure all work is completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
- Perform regular inspections of the grounds to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities and employee schedules.
- Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are followed.
- Handle administrative duties such as maintaining employee records and preparing reports.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising grounds maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using grounds maintenance equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and maintain detailed records.
- English fluency.
- Valid driver’s license
