At least three years’ experience developing education curriculum.
A bachelor's or master's degree in education, instructional design, or curriculum development.
A valid teaching license is preferred.
Duties:
Provide a responsive, innovative training/learning solution design that ensures requirement traceability and effectively controls the solution development effort.
Provide front-end analysis and diagnostics to determine optimal training/learning intervention solutions that shall resolve customer performance problems and meet goals and objectives.
Provide training implementation and program management support at the individual course delivery level.
