Provide professional group exercise programs, including aerobics and spinning classes such as indoor cycling, hi-low impact, step, yoga, kickboxing, HIIT, boot camp, circuit training, tai chi, balance training, strength training, core training, Pilates, and Zumba.
Arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time to prepare the facility and sign-in participants.
Use teaching methods that cater to beginning, intermediate, and moderate fitness levels.
Ensure the safety and security of all equipment and media used in classes.
Provide personal assistance and corrective techniques during classes.
Requirements:
Must hold valid certifications from a nationally recognized fitness agency.
Must be certified in CPR and First Aid.
Demonstrated experience in leading group fitness classes.
Maintain a neat appearance and wear appropriate workout attire.
