Position Title: Youth Gymnastics Instructor / Coach Location: Ramstein Air Base, Building 1023 – Youth Programs Instructional Facility Key Responsibilities:
Conduct gymnastics classes of 45, 60, or 90 minutes depending on age and skill level.
Teach proper techniques, safety, conditioning, stretching, and injury-prevention methods.
Provide individual feedback and positive reinforcement to all participants.
Adapt instruction to the developmental stage and abilities of each age group (18 months–18 years).
Maintain order, discipline, and a positive learning environment at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of gymnastics coaching or instructional experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Must hold an accepted gymnastics coaching accreditation, including USA Gymnastics Safety Certification, Deutscher Turner Bund (DTB) certification, USA Elite Coach Certification, International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) Coach Certification, or AAGCJ/British Gymnastics Coaching Certifications.
Must maintain current Adult/Child/Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or German Red Cross (renewed every two years), and complete all AFI 34-144–required Youth Program trainings provided by YP.
