Shipper/Packer Lead

- Location: Hines, Illinois
- Position Type: Full-time, First Shift (6:30 AM through 3:00 PM)
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic typing skills, PC computer skills, working knowledge of MS Office.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds when required; push or pull up to 150 pounds on a rolling cart or using a pallet jack.
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day administration of assigned operational area (production floor) and coordinate activities with other production areas.
- Orient and train new contract shippers/packers and assist with evaluating performance.
- Ensure correct packing procedures are followed and correct parcels that are packed incorrectly.
- Assist with administrative/records management to maintain required records on staff background investigations, training, and reporting.
