Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas within the Dining Facility, including dining areas, serving lines, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Sanitize all surfaces, including tables, countertops, serving equipment, and kitchen appliances, to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans used during food preparation and service.
- Ensure all items are properly sanitized and stored in designated areas.
- Address spills and messes promptly to maintain a clean and safe environment for dining personnel.
- ServSafe certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
