Job Title: Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time
Duties:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units, freezers, and other food service equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and complies with safety regulations.
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities and report any issues to management.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Certification in refrigeration or HVAC systems, as required by federal and state laws.
- Experience in maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English fluently.
