Job Title: Dining Facility Manager
Location: Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, HI
Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

• Manage the daily operations of the food service facilities on-site at Marine Corps Base Hawaii.
• Supervise food service personnel, ensuring they perform their duties in compliance with contractual standards.
• Ensure that all meals are prepared and served according to the prescribed nutritional and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the contract manager to address any operational issues.
• Maintain records and reports related to food service operations, including staff attendance, equipment maintenance, and food inventory.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience in managing government or commercial dining facilities.
• Experience in managing food service operations and staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English fluently.
