Job Title: Organizational Analysis Facilitator
Location: Cannon Air Force Base, NM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership or cultural training in a military environment.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, Python, SAS, SPSS).
- Assess up to 12 squadrons and 1,500 personnel.
- Analyze data using advanced statistical measures and machine learning.
- Present detailed reports with social network mapping and metrics.
- Develop and deliver seminars based on ONA results within 30 days.
- Address organizational culture, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
- Tailor seminars to officers, NCOs, and Airmen.
