Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and schedule dietary staff
Maintain dietary service policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with HACCP protocols and FDA Food Code 2022
Coordinate with healthcare providers to implement physician-ordered diets
Maintain inventory, ordering, and food safety documentation
Conduct training, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations
Plan and post 3-week rotating menus in coordination with the Registered Dietitian
Qualifications:
ServSafe certification required
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare dietary program
Valid Food Handler’s Permit
