- ServSafe Certification.
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Food handler's certification may be required.
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next customer.
- Process customer payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
