Title: Leverage Technician 
Location : 3210 Kleber Kaserne Kaiserslautern, Germany
Schedule: Part-time/On Call

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote ACS programs and services within the Rheinland-Pfalz community. Collaborate with ACS teams to create promotional materials, manage social media platforms, and organize events to enhance community engagement.

  • Working Group Assistance: Provide assistance to various working groups and committees within ACS Rheinland-Pfalz. Contribute to the planning, coordination, and facilitation of meetings, workshops, and events. Compile meeting minutes, action items, and recommendations to ensure effective collaboration and implementation of initiatives.

  • Basic Research and Data Analysis: Conduct basic research on community needs, preferences, and trends to inform the development of new ACS services and the improvement of existing programs. Perform data analysis to assess the impact and effectiveness of ACS initiatives, and present findings through reports and presentations.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with ACS teams, leadership, and external partners to ensure a seamless delivery of services and support. Maintain open communication channels to gather input, share insights, and foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Administrative Tasks: Assist in administrative tasks related to ACS operations, including maintaining records, tracking budgets, and managing resource allocation for marketing campaigns and events.

  • Community Engagement: Act as a point of contact for community members seeking information about ACS services. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and directing individuals to the appropriate resources.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and innovative approaches to better serve the ACS Rheinland-Pfalz community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of two-years' experience in customer service;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies, social media management, and event coordination.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to perform basic research and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in community outreach, customer service, or program support is advantageous.
