Job Overview: Provide Test Administrator services for the Education and Training Section at Travis AFB, California.

Duties:

The applicant shall be responsible for performing administrative and scheduling duties, such as scheduling and rescheduling all examinees in the Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS) testing module as needed.
The applicant shall be responsible for scheduling and administering of tests to eligible military, and civilian personnel, and their dependents.

Qualification/ Education:

Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication skills are essential.
Appropriate related professional work or volunteer experience of at least one year in Air Force Education and Training programs within the least 3 years is desirable.
Knowledge of/experience with standardized educational and military testing/electronic testing programs is required.
Knowledge of/experience with Air Force terminology, office procedures, and education programs, plus familiarity/facility with Microsoft Office programs is highly desirable.
