JOB TITLE : Electronic Security Technician

LOCATION : West Palm Beach, FL

DUTIES :

Systems Maintenance Task: Liaison between Facilities & Corporate IT(CIT), departments
System Commissioning & Configuration: Coordinate Site/Integrator Requirements (Pre-Construction review of integrator scope, Coordinate CIT Requirements, IP ports and addresses, Database Programming, Partitions, Integration Configurations).
Troubleshooting: System Failures (Assess and determine SOC or Site Issue, Coordinate, direct, and implement resolution, Replace equipment as provided by the facility, Assess and determine CIT engagement).
System Optimization: False Alarm Mitigation, Improve Processes, Audit & Compliance Support, Inventory Management, Inventory Management.
Training: GSOC Operator Training, Site Administrator Training, System Integrator Training.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS :

Certification in electronic security systems (e.g. NICET).
Experience with installation and maintenance of security cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
Strong knowledge of electronic security systems.
