Duties:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling properly.
- Inspect dining areas to ensure cleanliness.
- Follow Air Force and federal sanitation standards.
- Report and address any sanitation issues.
- Keep records of cleaning and inspections.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked.
Requirements:
- Experience in sanitation or food service.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow procedures.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical ability for lifting, standing, and cleaning.
